How to sync Carrier services and packages
- It must be connected to your Calcurates account. How to connect a Carrier.
- Carrier's services and packages must be synced. This article explains how to do it.
Note, that you can only sync services and packages for the carrier that is connected.
Carrier's services and packages sync means we are requesting services and packages from the carrier that are available for your carrier's account.
Carrier's services and packages can be synced from carriers grid (Menu > Carriers). Follow these steps:
- Select a carrier which services and packages you want to sync.
- Click "Actions" button.
- Click "Sync services and packages".
After a successful sync info the popup will appear:
Now you are ready to add your Carrier as a Shipping Option.
