How to connect a Carrier account

Overview

With Calcurates you may connect own carrier accounts. That will help you get access to the following features:
  1. Get and display high-accurate Real-Time Rates from your carrier
  2. Get and display carrier's Estimated Delivery Dates from your carrier
  3. Get and display International Duties & Taxes
  4. Connect multiple Carriers and do Rate Shopping to display the cheapest rates at checkout.
Calcurates supports multiple major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS (via Stamps.com), DHL, Canada Post, Purolator Canada, Australia Post, Aramex (Fastway), StarTrack, Sendle, TGE, APC Logistics and more.
Navigate to Shipping Options > Add New Shipping Option to see the list of supported carriers.
Didn't find the carrier in the list? Let us know as we may add your carrier upon request.
Calcurates doesn't have any own contracts with Carriers. You may only connect your OWN carrier accounts.

Connect Carrier Account

Follow the connection steps:
Step 1: Navigate to Shipping Options > Add New Shipping Option 
Step 2: Click "Connect" next to the Carrier
Step 3: Accurately fill in the Carrier's connection form. Check these guides for additional info.
Step 4: Click "Connect"

Next: once the Carrier is successfully connected you may add a Carrier Shipping Option



Sync Services and Packages

After your Carrier Account is connected Calcurates automatically performs synchronisation and gets available Carrier Services and Packages from your Carrier.
If you need to perform this synchronisation manually on demand (if, for example, your Carrier has announced a new Service), you may do it in the Carriers section > "Action" next to your Carrier > Sync Services and Packages.

Disconnect Carrier Account

Carrier account can be disconnected anytime here: Carriers section > "Action" next to your Carrier > Disconnect Carrier.
