Shipping methods and rates are not displayed at Shopify checkout
Navigate to the Activity Feed and make sure requests from your Shopify are coming to Calcurates:
  1. Requests are NOT coming
    1. Make sure you have a third-party carrier-calculated shipping feature activated for your Shopify store. Learn more from this article.
    2. Make sure Calcurates methods are enabled in your Shopify admin > Shipping and delivery settings > Shipping profile > Zone
  2. Requests are coming with an error
    1. Submit a ticket and provide us with the Request ID from the Activity Feed (the one that illustrates an issue)
  3. Requests are coming
    1. Make sure your Shipping Options are enabled and have assigned Origin.
    2. If it doesn't help, then Submit a ticket and provide us with the Request ID from the Activity Feed (the one that illustrates an issue)

Navigate to the Activity Feed and make sure requests from your Magento are coming to Calcurates:

    1. Make sure Calcurates extension is enabled in your Magento admin: Stores > Configuration > Sales > Delivery Methods > Calcurates
    2. Check check your Website integration settings in the Calcurates account. Learn more from this article.
