How to connect your Australia Post eParcel Account

Connect Australia Post eParcel carrier to your Calcurates account

In order to connect your Australia Post eParcel account to Calcurates please proceed to Shipping Options > Manage Carriers.  

Click "Connect" next to Australia Post eParcel and fill in the Australia Post eParcel connection form.

It is required to have an active carrier account and specify the following data:
  1. Account Number.
  2. API Key.
  3. API Secret.

Australia Post eParcel Configuration

If you have an Australia Post eParcel account, you can use the Shipping and Tracking APIs to access your contracted products and prices via ShipStation (Calcurates' partner). The following instructions explain how to register and access the Australia Post Shipping and Tracking APIs.

To use this integration, you will need to have an Australia Post Business Credit Account and a Parcel Contract. If you are not yet an account or contract customer, complete the form on Australia Post's Get Started with eParcel page and one of their specialists will call you back.
  1. Register your interest. Go to the Australia Post Developer Centre, create an account and register your interest for the Shipping and Tracking APIs.
  2. Accept your invitation. When you receive your API invitation email, click the link to accept the terms and conditions.
  3. Create a project. Log into the Developer Centre and create a new project against your organisation. Your project allows you to create API keys which automatically link to your Australia Post Account.
  4. Set up your API key. Create an API key and secret against your project then enable your digital business services (Label Printing, Lodge, Print as you go, Product Pricing, and Tracking)
  5. Activate your integration. Enter your Australia Post 10 digit Account Number, API Key and API Secret in the fields below

Click Connect after you fill in the form. In the carriers grid the Australia Post eParcel carrier status will be changed to "connected":  



Now you can Sync Carrier Services and Packages and then Add a Carrier Shipping Option with Australia Post eParcel Carrier.
